What we'd bring
    Two setups

The truck should fit the party. That’s why we bring two.

One is a full-size food truck with a story. The other tucks into a backyard. Same syrups, same fruit, same people behind the window.

The OG The OG — Coco's full-size snow cone food truck, a restored 1977 pickup

    The OG

The original. A 1977 pickup we rebuilt into a full-size snow cone truck in 2023 — and the reason people pull over to take pictures.

    • Built for big crowds and open venues
    • Full service window, two people working it
    • Needs a flat spot with room to park and pull out
Best for Weddings, festivals, tailgates, company events and wide open venues
The Mini The Mini — Coco's compact snow cone trailer with the service window open

    The Mini

The newest addition. A compact trailer made for driveways, small yards, tight parking lots and indoor-adjacent setups.

    • Fits driveways, small yards and tight lots
    • Quick to set up and quick to clear out
    • The easy call for shorter parties
Best for Birthday parties, school field days, church gatherings and neighborhood get-togethers
    Step 2 of 2

    Request your date.

This sends us everything we need to check that date and prepare your price. Sending a request is free — your booking becomes official when we confirm the details together.

    • One local family runs it all — the people who take your booking are the ones serving at your event.
    • Real fruit in every syrup, made by us.
    • Two setups, so your event gets the size that fits.

Want to look around first? See the flavors, look at real events or read the FAQ — the form will still be here.

    THE CONE

And it ends up in your hand.

    The difference

Real fruit is the whole point.

We make our syrups with real fruit. No artificial flavors. No artificial dyes. It's a simple choice, and it shapes everything we serve — a short menu of flavors you can actually name, each one tasting like the fruit on the label.

    • Homemade syrupsWe make every syrup ourselves, in small batches.
    • Made with real fruitStrawberry, mango, peach, tamarind, coconut.
    • No artificial flavors or dyesEvery color in the cup comes from the fruit itself.

About food allergies. We use real fruit and no artificial flavors or dyes. Our service is not certified allergen-free, so if a guest has a food allergy, call us before you book and we'll walk you through exactly what goes into each syrup.

The OG — a 1977 pickup restored and converted into Coco's snow cone truck in 2023
    19772023
    The OG

It was a 1977 pickup before it was a snow cone truck.

We restored it and turned it into the full-size Coco's truck in 2023 — and we painted both years right on the side, because the truck earned them. Look closely at the lettering and you'll find the other half of the story: Snow Cone · Raspadillas. That word is where our recipes come from.

It still turns heads in a parking lot, and it still gets the job done on a hot Saturday. That is exactly why we kept it.

    Straight answers

The questions everyone asks before booking.

Have another question? Call us — two minutes on the phone and you'll have your answer.

    Where does Coco's serve?

We're based in Auburn–Opelika and travel out from there. Events outside the local area include a travel fee — tell us where you're hosting and we'll include it clearly in your quote.

How much does event catering cost?

It comes down to four things: which setup you need, how many guests, how long we serve and how far we drive. Check your date above and we'll send you an exact quote tailored to your event.

    Which unit should I choose?

The OG is the full-size truck for large events and open venues. The Mini is the trailer for smaller crowds and tight spaces. Tell us the venue and we'll tell you which one fits — it's the question we answer most.

How many guests can each unit serve?

The OG is built for big crowds and keeps a long line moving. The Mini is sized for smaller gatherings. Tell us your headcount when you check your date and we'll match you with the setup that keeps the line flowing.

How far ahead should I book?

Spring and fall Saturdays go first — graduation weekends and home game Saturdays especially. Check your date early. If it's open, send your request and we'll get back to you to lock it in.

What space and utilities do you need?

The OG needs a flat spot with room to park and pull back out. The Mini fits most driveways and tight lots. Tell us the venue when you book and we'll confirm the space and hookups we need before the day of your event.

    Can you accommodate food allergies?

We use real fruit and no artificial flavors or dyes. Our service is not certified allergen-free, so we cannot guarantee it for a specific allergy. If a guest has a food allergy, call us before you book and we'll go through each syrup with you, one by one.

    What happens if it rains?

Alabama weather does what it wants, and we plan for it. When you book we'll agree on the rain plan up front, with the decision settled well before your guests arrive.

    Are you licensed and insured?

Many venues ask vendors for paperwork. Tell us what yours needs when you book, and we'll have it ready well ahead of your date.

Do guests pay, or do I?

Both work. You can cover it for all your guests, or we can serve and let guests pay at the window. Fundraisers work a little differently — just tell us which you have in mind.

Bring Coco's to your next event.

Real fruit. Two mobile setups. One local family, ready to serve Auburn and Opelika.
